Made this salad for 4th July get together and it got rave reviews. I added blueberries and crumbled feta as suggested by another reviewer. The dressing was a little too sweet for me personally but judging by the empty plates, I was in the minority. Definitely one to keep and make again in the future.

New Red Potato Salad

After all the great reviews I was surprised that I was so disappointed with this salad. The only change I made was to cut back the mayo by 1/2 cup and substitute with 1/2 cup of sour cream. With a better dressing this would have been good, but it tasted very greasy and oily to me. Not one I'll be making again.

Scottish Shepherd's Pie

I was born and raised in Scotland and have never heard of a shepherd's pie made with ham and corn, so I don't know how this title came about! I tried the recipe anyway thinking it would be quick and easy but it was so watery and sweet flavored I won't be adding it to my recipe box unfortunately.

Scottish Mince Pie

Great recipe, tastes very like the mince pie my mum used to make for us as kids. Added some diced carrot and some peas, will add this to my repertoire as the kids ate every last bit of it.

This wasn't great for us. Based on other reviews I reduced the salt, and left out the garam masala. I also halved the cayenne as my family don't like their food too hot. Although it had some heat to it because of the cayenne, otherwise it was very bland. Not sure where I went wrong.
