This is the BEST Spanish Rice I've ever made. Usually it clumps together but not this recipe!! It was awesome!!
My husband was craving potato salad so after looking at a few different recipies I tried this one. It was really good! It is better the next day so make it a day in advance if possible. I added more mayo so it wasn't dry. It definately is a classic picnic potato salad. I will definately make this recipe again.
This wasn't the best bread I've ever made. I couldn't find my regular recipe and decided to try this one. It was disappointing actually. I thought the crust was really tough.
I didn't have butter flavored shortening so I used butter. They turned out just the way I LOVE them, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. YUMMY! Mine didn't turn out like the picture but they were just the way I like them! Great cookies.
I wasn't impressed with these cookies. I thought that the dough needed salt. I will try adding salt next time. I LOVE the idea of combining dried cranberries and white chocolate. I think next time I will just take my fav choc chip cookie recipe and add it to that dough. Or I may try a sugar cookie dough.
