Party Cheese Ball

This is a creamy cheesy delight with a blue cheese bite, that has been a hit in my family for years.

Ingredients

1 pkg 8oz cream cheese
4 oz crumbled blue cheese
8 oz grated sharp blue cheese
1/4 c minced green onion
1 Tbs worchestershire sauce
1/2 c chopped walnuts, pecans, or parsley

Directions

Step 1
Cream cheeses together until well blended. Mix in worchestershire. Mix in minced green onion. Mold mixture into 1 large or 2 small balls. Roll in choice of nuts or parsley & serve with crackers. Refrigerate any unused portions.
