This is a cajun twist on the Party Cheese Ball my family loves.
Let cheeses reach room temperature for easy mixing. In a large bowl, combine cheeses well. Stir in cajun seasoning into worchestershire sauce then mix into cheese mixture. Add crawfish and green onion and mix well. Form mixture in one large ball or two smaller balls. Roll cheese ball(s) in choice of nuts or parsely until completely coated. Chill until ready to serve; serve with crackers.
