These cookies are delicious. I rolled them and then used my cookie cutters. I have to work on making them the same thickness.

I used broccoli stock (from when I last cooked broccoli) instead of water. My family loved this soup. I will use the base for other vegetable soups. I served it with a baguette.

I substituted red pepper for the green one. My family liked it better than any others that I have made. I will certainly make this again.

Delicious. My grandchildren loved it and so did I.

This is delicious cornbread. Although we loved it. I will reduce the sugar a little next time. I prefer my food to be less sweet than my husband does. I will search for a happy medium.

The muffins were moist, flavourful and delicious. I will make them again this week. The muffins didn’t last long and it is peach season so it’s the best time to make them.

This recipe was excellent. I only had two tablespoons of corn starch so I adjusted the water to two tablespoons as well. I also reduced the salt. This is a ‘make again’ recipe.

This soup was delicious. My husband and I are not fond of oregano so I will either reduce the amount or leave it out altogether when I make it again. My husband is Italian and he had a full second helping so I am very pleased with the results. I served the soup with a warm baguettini (half-size baguette).

Next time I would use a better olive oil that isn't overpowering. I made it last night and it was delicious. I let everyone apply the dressing separately. I had the leftovers today for lunch and the salad tasted even better.
