I really liked these. I followed the recipe exactly, but used chocolate soy milk. I thought this made for a nice "double chocolate" pancake. As someone else noted, batter is thin, but I think it needs to be in order for the pancakes to cook through.
I really liked these espcially knowing these are a sweet yet healthy alternative to other cookies and sweets. I made exactly as the recipe and they turned out great. I also used a piping bag to ensure uniform sizes.
Made a wonderful, tasty and healthy appetizer. I followed the recipe exactly and thought the portions came out very generous. I served on thinly sliced italian bread that I sprayed lightly with an olive oil spray and toasted in the oven.
This recipe is fabulous. Very delicate yet flavorful. The hens cook up nice and moist. I followed the recipe exactly and I wouldn't change a thing.
Very tasty and nutritious. It takes me a little longer than 30 minutes to make with all the chopping, but this recipe is well worth the effort. I followed the recipe exactly, but I think it would also be good using meat from a store bought rotisserie chicken.
I absolutely loved this recipe and I was thrilled how healthy this recipe is. I served these rolled up and topped with warm fruit like apples, pears or apricots. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon and it tastes wonderful!
I love eating healthy so I gave this a try. I think the phrase "mock tuna" give the wrong impression since this tastes so different from tuna. I followed the recipe exactly and thought it came out a little dry. I have found I prefer other veggie sandwich options much more palatable.
I have made this several times for various holidays and absolutely loved it. I normally like to prefer healthier recipes, but I believe everyone needs to splurge every now and then. (In moderation of course.) I followed the recipe exactly, except to scale it back to suit my needs for fewer servings. I will definitely make again and again.
I enjoyed this recipe, but I would classify it more as a cross between a pie and a cobbler. While the crust makes the pie very healthy, it's not quite the same as a traditional pie crust in taste or texture. I would like to try this next time as small, individual pies.
I absolutely loved this recipe. Very easy and nutritious. I have made this on several occasions for the holidays. It also makes the house smell wonderful as they bake.
Good (not great) brunch recipe. I also used fresh asparagus, but followed everything else exactly. For a casserole, it's actually a fairly healthy meal, but easy enough to make even lower fat.
I thought these turned out wonderful. A nice, not so sweet cookie perfect for fall and holidays. The cookie is sort of cake like and I followed other reviewers suggestion for not storing these in an air tight package so they wouldn't get mushy. I followed the recipe exactly and I wouldn't change a thing when I make these again.
