Yummy and so easy. I made this last week for my husband and he requested it again tonite. I made a few adjustments for us, I used 3 egg whites and I didn't have the wine on hand so I increased the milk a bit. It still came out wonderfully! Tonight I followed the recipe (except the egg yolks) and it was even tastier. Thank you for this comforting recipe. 5 stars!
This was so good, thank you Bob. I followed the recipe for the most part, except I used only 1 Tablespoon cilantro and I added 1/4 teaspoon cumin. Fabulous!
This was O.K. I didn't like the soggy bottoms of the flour tortillas and the mushroom soup flavor was odd in this dish. I'm sorry :(

I used this on my husbands birthday cake instead of a traditional ganache and this worked out great and was very tasty. I simply poured this onto the Dark Chocolate Cake 1 recipe from this site and it set up so shiny and perfectly smooth. Thank you for this recipe!
This is a great recipe as written, and the pecans turn out great every-time I've made them. I've also adjusted the 1/2 white & 1/2 brown sugar & vanilla instead of water as suggested and that batch turned out great also. You can't go wrong with this simple, effective recipe.
