This chicken came out perfect! I used a mallot to thin out the chicken breasts and I also used seasoned salt and chicken seasoning in the mixture. It adds a lot of flavor! SO GOOD!
This recipe i have been using for years and people pretty much lick the pitcher clean! I just made this for Labor Day weekend to take to the beach and my boyfriend drank more of it than I do and he hates wine!! I usually bring either 7-up or Sierra Mist to cut down on the strength because it is STRONG!!
The meatballs were excellent! I have always had bad luck in the past because I never liked the texture or taste of all those breadcrumbs, but soaking bread in milk then mixing it in fixed all that! I didn't use the Romano cheese because I'm on a budget, I just used Parmesan and it was still great! I also added a packet of the dry Ranch seasoning! (stolen from the BBQ cola meatball recipe!) excellent!
I don't know, maybe it was the quality of the chicken, but I did not like this at all. I think the sauce was fine, but I think I'm going to start eating organic chicken because lately the other stuff tastes horrible. I couldn't eat this dish.
I'm working a lot of double shifts at work so this soup was definitely a keeper! Tastes so much better over the next few days! It does make a lot of soup and I found myself having to add more beef broth and water. Also, I didn't think 20 minutes was long enough to cook the soup properly. My soup cooked for about two hours on the stove on really low. Excellent taste!
These meatballs are wonderful. I make them for parties and tailgating parties outside! Everyone loves them! I add small rolls on the side and people put the meatballs in the rolls! Great recipe!
I loved this soup! I made the mistake of adding two taco seasoning packets and it gave me heartburn, but I have always been sensitive to spices so next time I will stick to just one packet. Boyfriend didn't like, but then again, he doesn't like spicy foods. But if you do, it is a good recipe!
The ziti was okay, not spectacular, tasted better the next day! Just like lasagna, however I expected something that standed out a little more.
Perfection! I marinated this for a day and a half and I also added a little balsamic vinegar and Montreal Steak Seasoning! Cooked it slow at first and then the last few minutes put the grill on high to sear the flavor. It is important to let the meat rest for 5 - 10 minutes to redistribute the juices before cutting. Nothing left on my son's and boyfriend's plates! EXCELLENT!
This beef stew is soooo good, I too made some changes. I reduced the meat to two pounds, I used beef broth instead of water, I used fresh parsley instead of dried. I seasoned the flour with garlic salt and seasoning salt before browning the meat. I also added celery, corn, basically any veggies I had on hand. I also added a can of tomato sauce because my boyfriend likes his beef stew to be a little tomatoey. Very good basic recipe, just doctor it up with your own ingredients! A little more wine, splash of worcesthire sauce..
Ok, it has been about two months and my boyfriend is still asking for me to make this again. The taste rivals that of the "fried chicken" chain and it is soooo good! If you like coleslaw, you will love this recipe. Made exactly as written!
Recipe made two loaves. Excellent, everyone ate them all up. Will definitely make again!
