This minty cookie will melt in your mouth
In a pan melt butter and mix in brown sugar and water. Add chocolate chips and stir until melted. Let stand 10 min to cool. Add remaining ingredients. Chill dough at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350. Roll into balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Remove from oven and place 1/2 of Andes Mint on top of cookie. Put back in oven for only about 10 seconds. The take out and swirl top of cookie with spoon.
