Summer Garden Crustless Quiche
This is one of my favorite recipes to make in the summer when the vegetable garden is offering plenty of fresh vegetables. You might want to use less kale if you prefer a more fluffy quiche.

Oven-baked pancakes dusted with sugar and served with lemon and syrup.
Mushroom, Scallion, and Cheese Omelet
I love omelets! So easy and nutritious, with protein and a handful of veggies. This one keeps it simple but still tasty with hearty mushrooms and onions.

Another yummy way to eat oatmeal. The house smells wonderful while this is cooking.
To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Extra big blueberry muffins with a crunchy cinnamon-sugar crumb topping.
Super Scrambled Eggs Number One
These awesome scrambled eggs have bacon, cheese and onion in. Wow! My whole dish tastes like bacon plus goodness! Also, for the record, when I cook these, I normally eye out the ingredients. I just tried to narrow it down for this here website! But yeah, try different combinations and stuff; add more of whatever. Remember: too much cheese can make them too good, but milk - you don't want much milk.
Turkish Style Eggs
An easy and memorable dish.

Leftover corned beef with crispy potatoes, onions, carrots, and herbs.
Hearty Breakfast Cookies
These cookies are a delicious and hearty alternative to doughnuts or pastries. Also great to pack in lunches and on trips. Try one with your morning coffee or tea. For a slightly richer treat, use buttermilk in place of the water. Substitute dates for the raisins, if you prefer.
Beet-Cured Salmon Gravlax
Making salmon gravlax at home is a fun weekend project, and with very little effort, you can produce some gorgeous results that will amaze even your hardest-to-impress foodie friend. I've always done this with the traditional fresh dill sprigs, but after enjoying a beet-stained version at Plaj in San Francisco, I decided to try my hand. And, also stain my hand.
Zippy Egg Casserole
This egg casserole has a little zip to it due to the pepperjack cheese! A big hit at church brunches
