• 1/2 avocado
• 1/4 cup of mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup of sour cream
• 1 tbsp. buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tsps. white vinegar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp. dried parsley
• 1/8 tsp. onion powder
• 1 dash of dried dill weed
• 1 dash of garlic powder

  Smash up the avocado. Put 1/4 cup of it plus all of the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix it up. That's it!! Chill it and then serve with the Southwestern Egg Rolls from this website!!
