I made this recipie for last thanksgiving. I made a regular (sugar based) cranberry sauce and this splenda sauce. Everyone liked this one better, so this year, I'm only making one -- Splenda!
This is a favorite dish in our family. In addition to making it with the chicken, we also make it using a spicy ahi. Everyone loves that. It's easy to make, and very flavorful!
Thanks for a great recipe! I used homemade chicken stock, and 1 can evaporated milk instead of half/half. Thickened it a bit with 2T cornstarch as we like that consistency. Really flavorful, and was a hit for dinner.
