Delicious made with ground lamb, served with tandoori bread!
I followed the recipe exactly. My husband though they were good. I thought they were dry and a little bland. They fell apart in the skillet.
I’m sorry, I do not like to give a bad review, but this recipe was terrible. I cooked casserole exactly according to directions. The rice was still crunchy and the consistency was dry. If I were to ever make again, which I won’t, I would try minute rice. I assume I could have cooked the dish an extra 30 minutes and added one or two cups of liquid, but this is a review of the recipe as printed. Sorry!
