• 2 tomatoes - chopped
• 4 green onions - chopped
• 1 can green chili peppers
• 1 can black olives - finely chopped
• 3 T Wesson oil
• 1 1/2 T vinegar
• 1/2 t garlic powder
• salt to taste
• pepper to taste

• Step 1

  Prepare tomatoes, onions and black olives in a bowl. Mix in chili peppers.

  In a separate bowl, mix oil, vinegar, garlic salt and then pour over tomatoes. Mix well, cover bowl and let stand in refrigerator for six hours before serving.
