I love this cake! We have out of state friends visiting and I wanted to make a desert quickly so I could join everyone outside. The cake did not take long to put together and is delicious. One change I made, was using 1 cup of Greek Yogurt in place of sour cream. I use Greek Yogurt as a substitute for sour cream often and it has always worked well for me. I also did not use the Glaze Icing on the cake but used powdered sugar instead. The cake was still a bit warm when I served it, so I added a scoop of ice cream.
