Very good - used left over pork loin and took previous advise to use chicken broth. The broth is definately needed as the corn mixture becomes dense almost instantly when cooking.
Good - I took previous advise and marinated for 48 hours. The roast turned out a bit dry. I think next time I may shred the roast after cooking and simmer in it's juices to moisten it up. I used the leftovers (as 5 lbs. is quite a bit) to make "Pork Tamale Pie" - very good!
Great punch, made it for a Christmas Eve party. The fruit is definately the best part.
Very good, pulled it out of the freezer 2 hours before, but could have used a little more time thawing. I think next time I will freeze it in quart bags as previously suggested.
Very good. I used smoked turkey from the deli, having it sliced thick as previously suggested. Would definately make this again.
I made this for a Christmas Eve party as the appetizers, broiling them rather than grilling - then kept them in a crockpot on low to keep warm. Everybody loved them.
I made these with pecans as part of a holiday gift basket and received many compliments.
Delicious - made this for a Halloween party to a very impressed crowd.
Very good - served this with Allrecipe's "Margarita" recipe and "Stuffed Jalapenos III" as appetizer at a dinner party while weather outside was -18 degrees. Rave reviews from all!
So good that my father-in-law (well known for his real-maragitas) asked for the recipe - he was very surprised about how basic it was.
Made this with advice of adding crushed pineapple to cream cheese - wonderful from all!
Very good with a few adjustments - mixed 1/3 cup milk, 1/3rd cup sour cream, 1/4 tsp cayenne, and 1/4 tsp season salt to soup; Sprinkled parmesan cheese over casserole instead of bread crumbs; Cooked for 20 minutes. Casserole came out moist and had a great flavor - even the kids loved it (which doesn't happen that often).
