I found this recipe yesterday and it reminded me of an old family favorite that no one has a recipe too. It was fantastic - I used all the ingredients it called for although I didn't measure anything. My lunch guest was -WOW - what do you call this? We served with Snickerdoodle (cinnamon) Ice Cream.. It's a keeper.
Filled a perfect 16 oz jar. Very tasty, I did drop the salt back to 1/2 cup. I used in Shrimp Creole - the recipe called for 2 Tbsp - one of us loved the heat, the other could get down the shrimp but couldn't taste anything else. I would say, the recipe is true Cajun style, can't wait to use it again.
Yummy pancakes. Super easy, I halved the measurements because 10 pancakes were too many.. I added pumpkin spice. As a note: half a recipe produced 10-5 in pancakes.
OMG, where to start. The brownie recipe was really easy to make all in one pan. I added natural coconut to the top of the brownie and 1 Tblsp chia seed to the batter. Now, the frosting is over the top in the gourmet taste. I added a bit of water to my frosting as it is a bit soft. Looking for a go to easy recipe or teaching your kids to cook. You will no be sorry. It's delish!!!
The chocolate cake was yummy, very moist. I substituted Oat flour for all-purpose and added 1 Tblsp. Chia seeds. The frosting is Easy Peanut Butter frosting from Allrecipes. It was a fast birthday cake without having too much leftover. Great fast snack cake with or without frosting.
