Left out the blue cheese to balance my dinner plan, it was delicious without it.
I experimented since I had an abundance of fresh cilantro in my garden. Also used Dijon mustard and half lemon, half lime juice. Very delicious and feel this is a good base recipe for whatever fresh herbs you have handy.
Very yummy and increasing the amount of friuit filling would make it even better.
Due to some stomach issues, I halved the paprika. It was very good!
I used fresh bacon and tri-color beans. Such a lovely comfort food.
Made them with my grandsons. The whole family loved them!
