You don't need sugar because it's already sweet! Quick and easy, great for snacking, a grab and go bar!! Kid-friendly too!! Raw and no baking, no cooking required!!

Flax Seed Crackers

Rating: 4.5 stars 20
I heard that if you mix flax seeds with an equal amount of water, soak them, and spread them thin, you'll get a tasty cracker. I heard right! These have a nutty, earthy flavor. They're light, but still sturdy enough for dips and spreads. Experiment with other seasonings if you like.

Almond Strawberry Chia Seed Pudding

This is a very quick pudding recipe with chia seeds, almond milk, and fresh strawberries, requiring no cooking and no fuss!

Chia Greek Yogurt Pudding

Rating: 4.5 stars 6
A nutritional powerhouse. If the pudding is deemed to be too thick, you may add additional milk to the mixture until desired consistency is achieved. Enjoy with the fruit of your choice. You can substitute maple syrup for the honey, if desired.

Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip

This is a rich, delicious dip that can be served with tortilla chips or slices of toasted French bread. It can be easily substituted with fat-free ingredients for all of you health freaks out there! It's an absolute hit at all parties. Here are a few suggested garnishes: shredded Monterey Jack cheese, chopped red bell peppers, parsley, sliced mushrooms, or bread crumbs.

Chef John's Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

Rating: 4.5 stars 179
I've always enjoyed hot spinach artichoke dip, but it always struck me as a little oily. I decided to try a mayo-less version, and then raised the stakes even higher by excluding the sour cream as well. To counter this, a bit more cheese was added, and the results were amazing. A rich, creamy, cheesy, not greasy dip.
