Delicious! I added to the recipe, just what I like to do. I added some frozen corn and a can of black beans and diced carrots. I added diced boneless skinless chicken breast to the soup raw let it come to a boil and simmer about 45 minutes at the very end like I usually do when making soups. Served it with shredded cheddar, sour cream and diced jarred jalapeno. Also, tortilla chips for dipping. It reminds me of fajitas. I did not use packaged taco seasoning but just added cumin, paprika, onion powder, chilli powder and diced garlic to taste. My whole family loved it! I will make this again and again! Thanks for sharing!
I made these fries using olive oil, fresh minced garlic, pepper, creole seasoning, and parmesan. They were fantastic! These are now my go to oven fries. Both my kids and husband loved them. Thanks for sharing! I served them with patti-melts for dinner. Delicious!
These are the best pancakes! I made them exactly as written, but I doubled the recipe. My whole family loved them. They are moist and fluffy. I did not taste the vinegar at all. This is now my go to pancake recipe. Thank you for sharing!
Delicious with my little twists to the original recipe! I used chicken thighs because that's what I had and leftover homemade creamed corn made with cream cheese, in addition to carrots, celery and onions. I figured that would only add to the creaminess. It did! I also added sage and thyme throughout the process and on top of the crescent roll crust. Delicious! My hubs and kids loved it! "Mom this is so good! " With every bite! Love it! Delicious!! I always use the hot jalapeño peppers that are pickled not fresh and substitute milk with a splash of vinegar to make my own buttermilk. The cook time on my oven is 50 minutes.
This was delicious! My whole family loved it. I used a large family pack of boneless skinless chicken thighs, about 10 in all, and kept the other ingredients in the listed amounts. I used Italian herb blend instead of basil alone and low sodium soy sauce. I cooked it on high for three hours in the crock pot and it came out perfect. There was plenty of liquid to spoon over the chicken so I served it over jasmine rice and steamed brocolli in a bowl. So good and so easy! I will keep this one in rotation. Thanks for sharing!
I made this using skim milk with a splash of vinegar instead of buttermilk. Used canola oil instead of corn and skipped the butter. It was fantastic! The batter is very thin but it baked in the time listed and was moist and delicious. Thanks for sharing!
Made this tonight and used some leftover grilled zucchini, squash, bell pepper, onion and corn cut off the cob, in addition to the other ingredients in the recipe. Delicious! Will definitely make this again! Thanks for sharing!
