The chicken came out too sweet. It taste more like molasse than chicken.
This cake was good but not great, it was moist and for some reason there was a beer aftertaste, I wasn't sure what beer to use. I used Yuengling beer, would it been better if it was some other brand or kind? Overall, a good tasting cake with coffee.

With all the raves, I thought I give this a try and see. I'm on a low-carb diet and this apple pie threw that diet plan out the window. LoL. The funny thing is that I'm not even an apple pie eater.
