Delicious grilled flavor. I was uncertain about what exactly coarsely ground mustard was... so I reduced to 1 Tbsp of your standard ground mustard. - all else the same.

I was so pleasantly surprised with this dish. Very flavorful and will definitely make again. Kids have asked for it to be put into "the rotation." I too used fresh spinach instead of frozen. The sauce really is more of a broth but still very tasty.

A favorite when grilling season comes around. Adding the sauce near the end ensures the flavor comes through and complements the earlier rub nicely!

Family loved it. Reduced pepper to 1/4 tsp as we are not super spicy lovers. Have made several times.
