I want to thank everyone for trying my Greek Breakfast Pita. It was an honor to compete on Dinner Spinner and it was amazing taking home the win. The best thing I got out of the experience is meeting a new friend. Vincent is an amazing person. I try to work with equipment that is challenging. I'm currently working with a pressure cooker. It's amazing what happens to food under pressure. I will master it though. :)

What an amazing recipe....DON'T use salted chicken broth....and then add salt....I made that mistake after hunting down chicken livers for 3 days. Don't think I didn't eat it though.

Vincent's Country Bacon and Eggs

I actually got to watch my man Vincent make this dish in person. How can you go wrong with bacon, eggs, parmesan cheese, and great bread. Then you go and add spinach too? Love it.

Hunt's® Easy Tomato Bruschetta

I didn't think I was going to like this recipes as much as I do. I love fresh tomatoes and usually never have canned tomatoes in my cupboard. That's going to change. The tomatoes were firm, ripe, and tasted great. Adding garlic and fresh basil made the dish exceptional. When I make it again I will refrigerate the tomatoes first. I love the contrast of hot bread and cold bruschetta.

Slow Cooker Korean BBQ Pork Bowl

I thought to myself that there is NO WAY this is going to be a great recipe. I imagined the pork as being way to tender to stand up on it's on. As a matter of fact it is....bring on the Kimchi. The contrasting textures are AMAZING. This dish has me blown away. The only concern I have is the leftovers. The pork doesn't really stand up on it's own to well. A 4 pound roast makes for a lot of leftovers. I also think I'd add some garlic on the next round. I'd make it again for sure.

Spicy Creole Chili

Very good chili. My family loved it. The only feedback is there is a whole lot of onion. I like it and my family was so/so. They really like crushed tomatoes and overall it was so easy to make. I did have to almost triple the amount of salt though. I'd also add sliced jalapeno next time.

Slow Cooker Mediterranean Meatball Pitas

This recipe made a very good meatball. We stopped the slow cooker at exactly 4 hours and the meatballs were firm and still held together nicely. The feta cheese made for a great topping and really elevated the dish. My family really enjoyed it. I love pita bread and it makes for a great vessel for the meatballs. I would add spring mix or some lettuce next time right at the end for crunch.

My better half and I are trying to eat better and work out this year. Dena found this recipe so we decided to give it a whirl. This was so easy to make. We definitely needed to add salt and pepper to taste.

Wow the IPA and McCormick Seasoning packet make for an incredible addition to this cheesy dip. It makes a lot so invite friends over and enjoy

New Mexico Green Chile Dip

What a great twist on a layer dip. Cheesy goodness. The McCormick Cheesy Taco Seasoning adds a blast of flavor that can't be beat. I added an extra 4oz can of chilis, because chilies are AWESOME. Thanks for the recipe McCormick.

Man we Loved this recipe. We tweaked it a little bit by adding a mixed cheese blend and leaving off cilantro. Next time we'll add black olives as well. This will be in our rotation for sure.
