Zippy Summer Shrimp

Rating: 4.5 stars 489
My favorite way to dazzle in a hurry, these shrimp take minutes to make. Full of flavor, they take the center stage at any meal, but I am also known to throw them in a fresh garden salad as well. I do tend to always use the largest shrimp I can get my hands on, they seem to have the best flavor to them! Once complete, feel free to serve immediately over pasta, with warm crusty bread and a garden salad, or with a rice dish. This one compliments them all!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Rating: 4.5 stars 5068
Party-ready dip that's creamy, cheesy, and zesty, made in the slow cooker.

Oysters 'n' Bacon

Rating: 3.5 stars 7
A great hot appetizer to serve for company. Oysters wrapped in bacon, and baked in a garlicky sauce.

Chef John's Oysters Rockefeller

Rating: 4.5 stars 11
There's much debate over how many of America's greatest recipes got their name, but that's not an issue with Oysters Rockefeller. Thanks to the rich, money-colored butter sauce, this decadent creation's name pretty much wrote itself. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon over the top.

New England Clam Chowder Dip

Rating: 4.5 stars 13
After joking about making this dip in a previous video, I found it turned out amazingly well. Farewell, French onion dip - a new soup-inspired dip is in town. Garnish with more parsley and serve alongside puffed potato chips since potatoes are an important part of clam chowder!

Leftover Turkey Spring Rolls with Cranberry Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce

Rating: 4.5 stars 40
This lends classic Asian flavors with an all-American twist. I suggest enlisting the help of a couple of people rolling the spring rolls. This takes up the majority of the prep time. I bake the rolls instead of frying them to cut down on the calories, but you can deep fry them for extra flavor. If you can't find spring roll wrappers, use the egg roll wrappers. They don't bake well, so deep-fry them instead. Use real soy sauce brewed from soybeans, and not the stuff with caramel coloring and salt.

Cowboy Mexican Dip

Rating: 4.5 stars 37
A quick and easy hot dip that's guaranteed to be a hit! I have never seen this recipe anywhere else. I got it when I was in college and it was years before I tried it. Now it is a staple of all my parties.
