Very good and easy. Reduced the leftover marinate for a nice sauce to pour over chicken as needed. Thought the flavors blended nicely
Loved it, made enough to freeze and it was wonderful heated up.
Easy to make and the finished product looked like the picture! Took the advice of one of the reviewers to decrease the cream to a little over 1/2 cup and add vanilla and cream of tarter. Maybe not the classic Irish scone but had scones like these in Ireland recently. Enjoy some variety.
This is a WOW!! Followed recipe but added extra wine and garlic. One of the best I have cooked, the fam loved it. Restaurant quality, will definately make again.
Easy to make and the fam loved it; said it was restaurant quality. Basically followed the recipe but did not have fresh tomatoes so used canned and it was still very good. Will make it again when I have fresh tomatoes from the garden.
Very good and easy to make. I like using red wine instead of white which is called for in most risotto recipes. Only change I made was adding less chicken broth more often, so I was adding a medium ladle every 2-3 minutes but still finished in about the same cooking time. Also could finish with a little grated Parmesan and parsley on top to make it more pleasing to the eye. Would make again for sure!
Need the help of one of the expert cooks out there. Have made this many times and it always turns out great, except for today. I always make a double recipe sometime with just bananas, sometimes also add other berries. Today followed the recipe as always using the same two loaf pans and the batter was the usual consistency and filled the loaf pans to the same level. However after 20-30 minutes the batter was liquid and frothy and spilled out of both pans. End result was bread that tasted OK but did not rise. What could have gone wrong? Only difference I can think of was the sour cream was past the expiration date but smelled and tasted fine, could this be it? Help!
I did not add potatoes, doubled the curry, added only 3 cups of coconut milk and as one other cook had done used frozen spinach but otherwise followed the recipe. It was a mess. Very soupy, no taste. Would not make this again
Note to self, you can make half the gravy recipe and have plenty.
Excellent. Best of the various pumpkin risotto recipes I have tried and relatively easy. Made 6 servings for 3 and no leftovers! Only change was added the pumpkin to the broth rather than add it at the end.
Spectacular, one of the best chicken dishes I ever made; did not change the recipe except I pounded the chicken so it was thinner and flat. Paired nicely with a 2005 Burgundy.
