There's a dizzying array of yogurt available these days. Probiotic-craving consumers love Greek yogurt, but it's not as complicated as you might think to make Homemade Plain Yogurt. That way you can control the amount of sweeteners such as honey, maple syrup, agave nectar or sugar.
