Many cooks claim the Thanksgiving feast is just an excuse for the bountiful leftovers. We've rounded up some of the most popular Turkey Day makeovers in this mouthwatering series of videos. From nachos and tamales to loaded salads and comforting casseroles, we've got your leftover inspiration right here!

Let's do dessert first, because this memorable milkshake is going to be the star of your Leftovers Black Friday Brunch. What? That's not a thing at your crib? Well, it should be!

While not exactly healthy, this salad is still leaner than many holiday classics. With the addition of ham, hard-cooked eggs and dried cranberries, this creation will remind you of the best kind of Cobb Salad.

Shiitake mushrooms, shallots and cream combine to elevate this elegant egg dish to a good reason to invite friends over for a fancy brunch. They're going to be so impressed.

Wrapped in masa and corn husks before being steamed, these tamales pack a lot of flavor into a small space. Bet you can't stop with just one.

All the greatest hits of the feast come together in this crazy good snack. The sweet and savory flavors of roast bird and cranberry sauce find a salty home in scoop-shaped chips, which are then showered in cheese. Pop it under the broiler until gooey.

These succulent slabs of chopped turkey goodness aren't exactly a burger. More like a mini meatloaf, with the seasoned poultry mingling with breadcrumbs, chopped onions and cream. Please pass the cranberry chutney!

Double up on that batch of homemade roast turkey gravy, so you'll have plenty for this comfort food classic enveloped in a flaky pie crust. Huge bonus points for making the kitchen smell extra wonderful while baking.

There's an Italian accent running through this rich pasta preparation, though nobody would argue if somebody described the combination of turkey, gravy, stuffing, pasta shells and mozzarella as an addictive, over-the-top macaroni and cheese. Go ahead and give into that post-leftover food coma.

This velvety spud cake is too good to serve just around the holidays. It fries up crispy on the outside with the fluffy potatoes flavor coming through loud and clear with each bite.

The ultimate mashup, this casserole brings together everything you love about Thanksgiving and finishes it up in a blanket of melty cheese on top. Winner, winner, everyone's favorite leftover turkey dinner.

"This tamale pie will rescue the last of your turkey leftovers in a significantly more exciting and flavorful way than the usual soup," says Chef John. " There are two basic types of tamale pie, one with a cornbread topping and the other with traditional masa dough. Here, I wanted to create something that gives us the best of both, and I was very happy with how this came out."
