The affected products were sold at retailers including Target and more than 500 Walmart locations in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia Washington, D.C., and West Virginia. The recall, which was initiated following a vendor's notification of possible contamination, was announced on Sunday, Oct. 31. Currently, no injuries have been reported.
