There's even a special holiday in August designed to help people offload their zucchinis. It's not that people who grow zucchini don't like them — there's just too many of them, and they keep coming. Sometimes it's also hard to think of recipes beyond the usual stuffed zucchini and zucchini bread. To help you with your zucchini bounty, we've come up with a list of deliciously different recipes to get you excited about your homegrown zucchinis.
