Yes way, rosé!

A romantic Valentine's Day dinner calls for some vino, and what better way to celebrate the day of love this year than with a delicious rosé wine that happens to be a bargain? That way, you can save up some money to go towards that special Valentine's Day gift for your S.O.

Target is watching out for your back (and your budget), as they just released a pretty new pink rosé called Rosé Bae. It is the perfect bottle to pop open to celebrate the occasion, and it will pair perfectly some delicious cheese and bread, fresh veggies, pasta dishes, fish, or even meat, like chicken, since it isn't too sweet.

Rosé Bae is actually a dry-style wine that is made with Grenache. It is similar to Syrah, so it has some depth to it. It's blended with Barbera, Pinot Gris, and Tempranillo, too, for a nice balance in grapes, and it won't be too sweet with what you're eating.

You can expect bright notes of red fruit, some minerality, and even some floral elements, and there's a nice crisp finish to round it all out. It is even pretty strong and boozy for a rosé, with a 12.5% ABV. And, of course, the pink color just screams love for Valentine 's Day.

Of course, all rosé works with Valentine's Day dessert, such as a cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, sponge cake, or a box of chocolate truffles or chocolate-dipped berries. Rosé Bae is available exclusively at Target for $10, and there are even four label varieties to choose from, so feel free to pick your fave.
