If your summer sipping goals can be summed up with the phrase "rosé all day," you may want to amend the phrasing to allow for a little wiggle room (maybe, "think pink"?) because pink gin is a thing.

Winemaker at Wölffer Estate Vineyard, Roman Roth, has used his "everything-he-touches-turns-to-pink" powers for good in the form of Wölffer "Pink" Gin. The estate's rosé is used as the base (so come to think of it, "rosé all day" would not be a lie), then to get that oh-so lovely pink glow, a small amount of grape skin extract is included in the distillation process. The main flavoring comes from Juniper berries picked from bushes at the estate, while hints of anise, fennel, coriander, cumin, cardamom, and fresh mint are included to round out the goodness. Oh, and it's also pink—did we mention it's PINK?!

Bottles are available to purchase for about $34 each at Wölffer Estate, in select east coast stores, and online from Bottle Hampton.
