The parent company of Cadbury, Oreo, and Milka, is advertising a job straight out of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory and it sounds amazing: Mondelēz International is hiring Chocolate Tasters to try samples of their newest products and give honest feedback.
Finally, a job I'm qualified for.
"Our Chocolate Tasters are key in helping Mondelez perfect and launch an entirely new product all over the world by tasting and providing feedback just like our consumers," the job posting on the company's website reads.
The best part? There's no experience required. Full training will be provided to "develop your taste buds and the specific vocabulary required to communicate your opinions."
Candidates will need to be:
- Passionate about chocolate—duh.
- Completely honest about their opinions.
- Ready and willing to try new products.
- Cooperative, as they'll be expected to work with 11 other tasters and a panel leader.
- An English speaker.
The part-time position is located in Wokingham, England and pays $14 an hour.
