Mornings just got easier.

Breakfast casseroles are truly the best way to make the most of your mornings. They're so versatile—choose between savory sausage casseroles or sweet French toast casseroles and everything in between. Maybe the best part about breakfast casseroles is that most of the prep work can be done ahead of time. Just set it in the fridge overnight and pop it in the oven in the morning. You'll wake up to warm, comforting casserole that will feed the family for days to come. It wasn't easy to choose, but we managed to narrow it down to 18 of our favorite breakfast casseroles that can be made ahead of time.

"I prepared this Christmas eve with a few changes from others...This was wonderful, a no fail recipe. Pop in the oven while family is opening presents or make this for anytime of year. It's too good to only make once a year!"

This French toast bake is refrigerated overnight and baked the morning of for a warm, bread-pudding version of French toast. Some reviewers recommend dipping the bread in the liquid mixture rather than pouring the entire mixture over the bread, to prevent your bake from coming out too soggy. "This was PERFECT!
