Carrot Cake Pancakes, anyone?

Krusteaz muffin, pancake, and waffle mixes are sought out for their quality ingredients and restaurant-worthy results. Indeed, most of their straight-from-the-box baked goods turn out so fresh and moist they could be mistaken for homemade. (And maybe we've even passed them off as homemade a time or two.)

Building on the success of their classic flavors like Wild Blueberry Muffins and Pumpkin Spice Quick Bread, Krusteaz just launched three new limited-edition dessert-inspired mixes: Bananas Foster Pancake, Carrot Cake Pancake and Raspberry Chocolate Belgian Waffle.

Like their classic mixes, these come together with a few pantry staples — typically milk, eggs, water, or oil — and the mix. They're ideal to keep on hand for weekend brunches or spend-the-night parties for your kids' friends.

The Bananas Foster Pancake mix features an "improved buttermilk pancakes mix [that] is infused with real banana flakes, cinnamon, rum and brown sugar flavors." You provide the fresh banana slices, and then sprinkle on a brown sugar-cinnamon topping mix that's included in the box.

The Carrot Cake Pancake Mix doesn't miss on the beloved flavors of the classic dessert. "This mix blends real, dried shoestring carrots with brown sugar flavor and warming spices including cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves," the brand says. And they didn't forget the tangy frosting: "Playing on classic cream cheese frosting, the icing packet comes easy to whip and uses cream cheese and water for drizzling."

Finally, the decadent spin on waffles comes from the Raspberry Chocolate Belgian Waffle mix, which the brand describes as "rich cocoa powder and filled with melty chocolate chips that dial up the decadence on this crispy-meets-fluffy confection." The package includes a tangy raspberry sauce you can use as your syrup.

The Krusteaz Select mixes are sold as a three pack on KrusteazSelect.com. The set is $30 and available until supplies last. Stock up on these now for holiday brunches. If these sell out before you can get your set, there are always holiday-ready options like Cranberry-Orange Muffins.
