Cute as a muffin

Maybe it's the built-in portion control or maybe it's the adorability of big people food scaled down to kid size. Either way, these muffin pan dinners seem to please eaters of all ages. Bonus: Leftovers make great grab-and-go lunches the next day.

1. Spaghetti and Meatballs Muffin Bites

Tip: To help these spaghetti and meatball "nests" hold together better, add one or two beaten eggs along with the Parmesan cheese to the cooled spaghetti before arranging them in the muffin pan to bake.

2. Lasagna Cupcakes

The recipe says to cut the wonton wrappers into circles, but you can also leave them as squares for a more rustic look (plus less work for you).

8. Easy Pepperoni Pizza Muffins

To keep these mini pizzas from being too "bready" several reviewers split the biscuit into halves instead of using a whole biscuit for each pizza.
