Cheers to Jelly Belly's New Wine-Flavored Jelly Bean
These are the beans we've been waiting for.
Rosé, that pink wine of summer, will live on into fall thanks to a new release from iconic candy brand Jelly Belly. The company just announced the release of its newest bean flavor, rosé.
The pink beans are "deliciously dry yet sweet," a company spokesperson said in an email. "The candy itself is a beautiful pink with an iridescent finish that brings to mind the effervescence of a real sparkling wine."
Despite their boozy inspiration, these beans are entirely alcohol-free.
These rosé beans join a plethora of wine-inspired chewy treats. One of the first, Sugarfina's Rosé All Day Gummy Bears, was so popular the gummies had a waitlist with more than 15,000 names. Now, these bears plus are part of the brand's expanded Cocktail Candies line, with options like Champagne Bears. These gummies are tops in list of great gifts for hostesses, friends, and neighbors.
The rosé beans also join Jelly Belly's other drink-inspired options, like margarita, pina colada, and even draft beer. These beans are also free of alcohol (as well as gluten, dairy, fat, and peanuts).
Look for Jelly Belly's rosé beans this October. They'll be sold in 1.5-ounce and 5.6-ounce miniature bottles, which makes them ideal for quick party favors, girlfriend gifts, or sweet "I'm thinking of you" mementos. They'll also be sold in bulk.
