Ice cream lasagna. It's entirely made with store-bought shortcuts, but still has a homemade feel since it comes together in your freezer. Plus, there's no cooking required outside of melting a few ingredients in the microwave. Our recipe by Allrecipes community member Frauline calls for ice cream sandwiches, crunchy peanut butter, instant chocolate pudding mix, frozen whipped topping, peanut butter cups, jarred hot fudge, and jarred caramel sauce. To start, line the bottom of your pan with ice cream sandwiches — you've got to have a sturdy layer at the bottom of your lasagna, after all. Once you prep everything else, you'll simply keep adding layers until the ingredients are gone. Then you stick it in the freezer for one to two hours. You could sub in a nut butter you're not allergic to, or go with another spreadable ingredient entirely. Nutella, cookie butter, and marshmallow fluff all seem like solid options here. In lieu of the Reese's cups and pieces, try other candies like Junior or Andes Mints, Buncha Crunch, or M&Ms. Cookie dough bites would also make a good garnish, especially if you're already using cookie butter. At the end of the day, what's most important is that your ice cream lasagna suits your needs.
