Few establishments engender more of a fiercely loyal regional following than Dunkin'. Though you’ll find locations of this coffee and doughnut spot around the country by this point, it may never shake its association with the northeast. Especially during a year of restricted travel, it's the kind of place that can keep New England expats connected to home.

Thanks to the renewal of a partnership between Dunkin' and candle company Homesick, those who desire a scent capable of transporting them to a Dunkin' in Revere, Massachusetts can get exactly what they want. Well, almost.

Just in time for the holidays, Homesick has revived two limited-edition candles themed around Dunkin' favorites. Specifically, there’s the Original Blend Coffee candle, with notes of espresso bean, caramel, and sugar cane among other scents meant to invoke their classic (and sometimes maligned) coffee. Alternatively, the sweet, subtle spices of the Old Fashioned Candle (inspired by the namesake doughnut) include cinnamon, clove, vanilla, and nutmeg.

In a way, this marks a bit of a departure for Homesick. Most of their candles are inspired by place, seeking to use scent as a vehicle for memories of places spanning from New York to Hawaii and even Grandma's Kitchen. Interestingly, the brand’s existing Massachusetts candle incorporates notes of "simmering coffee and just-baked donuts," but this specific offering really draws out those connections.

In addition to providing an estimated 60 to 80 hours of burn time for $34, buyers will also have the option to add a personalized message for an extra $15. If you have some thoughts about Tom Brady or the Red Sox front office you want to share with them, there's no better way.

So if anyone in your circle is sad they may not be able to travel home for the holidays, score one of these Dunkie’s candles when they become available from Homesick's website on Cyber Monday. This year, there’s no better way to put a wicked big smile on someone’s face.
