10 Crazy Snacks to Make With Tater Tots

1. Memphis BBQ Pork Totchos

Smother your tots with pulled pork, cheese, coleslaw, and BBQ sauce for a big ol' party platter of mmm, mmm, good! Instead of going the homemade route, recipe reviewer Yancando used ready-made coleslaw and pulled pork to get this on the table fast. (And really, there's nothing in the recipe that says all the components have to be made from scratch.)

2. Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots

Some reviewers make these for holiday breakfasts and some serve them as party snacks, making them a choose-your-own-adventure kind of recipe. They are a little time consuming to put together, but home cook jbrocky says, "I made these for an office party and they were a complete hit. I had pre-cooked them and then heated them up the toaster oven at work. They didn't last long."

3. Sheet Pan Brunch Totchos

This crowd-pleaser combines the convenience of sheet pan cooking with the popularity of brunch. Recipe creator Leslie Kelly says, "Crispy tots stand in for hash browns in this super delicious, easy-to-make sheet-pan meal. Cajun andouille sausage and jalapenos deliver the heat, so skip those if you don't like spicy foods."

4. Loaded Pulled Pork Totchos

Tots stand in for tortilla chips underneath a heap of pulled pork, BBQ sauce, beans, peppers, and a white Cheddar cheese sauce. With all that flavor going on, you could certainly sub out the pork for some leftover rotisserie chicken if you want.

5. Loaded Tater Tots

Home cook Chef Boy R Drew loved the sauce so much, he suggests doubling it, and doubling the bacon while you're at it, too.
