Not really a "turkey", this faux bird flies high alongside a mess of roast veggies. "I'll be making this for Thanksgiving from now on!" says natalie. "Even meat eaters liked this one. I left the tofu in the colander overnight (at least 12 hours). Left-overs made nice sandwiches as well."

Please pass the horseradish sauce! This big ol' hunk of beef makes for a dramatic centerpiece to this feast celebrating family and friends stuffing themselves silly. Watch this video demo below for a deep dive on making this regal roast. "Prime rib was perfect, juicy and perfectly pink," says karenkooks. "Loved it! Love the video to really get a good sense of how to apply the butter and herbs."

With a bold spice rub made with cumin, smoked paprika, garlic, and oregano, this 5-star turkey brings the flavor in a big way. Reviewers urge you to be sure to make the creamy, spicy gravy that goes with it.

Delight the vegetarians and vegans at your Thanksgiving table with this gorgeous stuffed squash main dish. Recipe creator Nicholio says, "Maitake mushrooms make the squash stuffing extra special. They're meaty, crisp, and rich, but not overpowering." If you can't find maitake mushrooms, go right ahead and use any other fresh mushroom you like.
