1. Fruit Salad With Vanilla Yogurt

"This is a recipe that my aunt made for me not long ago, and you can pretty much make it your own by adding your favorite fruits or taking out what you don't like," says Leslie. "Also changing the yogurt flavor will change the taste as well."

"This 'secret' recipe has been in the family for years," says Sheila. "If you promise not to tell, I will share it with you! The ingredients may sound strange and at the beginning it smells kind of funny, but just you wait! Wow, is it good!"

"Bionicos are tasty fruit bowls, drizzled with crema -- a combination of yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, and Mexican crema," says Yoly. "Any seasonal fresh fruit can be used. They originated in street food carts in Guadalajara, Mexico, and are commonly topped with shredded coconut, raisins, and granola."

"Easy and delicious fruit salad," says Kim. "The yogurt dressing goes great with strawberries, kiwis, and mangoes, too!"

"This is a very healthy breakfast, for when you just want to start your day with something fresh in the summer," says islandcook82. "You can use maple syrup instead of agave, and add other nuts or fruits too."
