This New 'Elf' Cereal Is the Best Way to Spread Christmas Cheer This Year
The Christmas elf in you love will love this.
As all Elf fans know, maple syrup is one of the four major food groups and Buddy's favorite flavor, so it makes sense that the new Elf cereal General Mills is launching this holiday season is maple-flavored — and inspired by the iconic holiday movie, too.
The box features the classic Elf character, a seemingly oversize elf named Buddy (Will Ferrell), and the cereal is a crunchy combo of corn puffs sweetened with real maple syrup, plus red and green tree-shaped marshmallows. Honestly, it sounds great, and it will be available later this year in retailers nationwide for just $2.50.
General Mills is also bringing back their holiday twist on the beloved Cinnamon Toast Crunch — Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch. In the past, this cereal has sold out, so be sure to look for this winter twist on a favorite cereal. It's a classic combination — what's better than milk and cookies around the holidays (or any time)? Now, you don't have to turn on the oven to get the treats you crave. Look for it on a limited run this holiday season.
