1. Easy Keto Korean Beef with Cauli Rice

"Great flavor, and so quick and easy! I added onions, mushrooms, and zucchini. I also used garlic powder since I didn't have cloves on hand," says Holly. M'Lee adds, "I added mushrooms and shallots to the cauliflower rice. The dish definitely needed a bit of fresh chile pepper or more ginger to perk up the flavor—a side of kimchi helped out."
