Coffee creamer is everywhere. It seems like every time you walk past the dairy aisle or check social media, there's a new or revived flavor of coffee creamer for everyone to obsess over. But whether you're looking to save money, free up some space in your fridge, or just enjoy a morning cup of joe without a laundry list of funky ingredients, you definitely don't have to go with store-bought coffee creamer. (Fun fact: most premade creamer doesn't contain cream at all!)

Luckily, homemade coffee creamer doesn't just taste great — it's simple to make and you likely already have the ingredients on hand. To make your own two-ingredient coffee creamer, just combine one can of condensed milk with 1 1/4 cups of half-and-half, milk, or heavy whipping cream. (If you don't or can't consume milk or cream, substitute in your preferred ingredients.) Adding flavor will require an extra ingredient — the flavor extract of your choice.

The result is a coffee creamer that's smooth and truly creamy thanks to its lack of artificial ingredients. Of course, that also means you can't leave it in the fridge for months at a time. Your DIY creamer will last 7-10 days in the fridge, but depending on the amount of coffee consumption in your household, you may not need to worry about expiration at all.
