Chicken is the star ingredient of Dinner Spinner TV's Episode 7, during which two creative home cooks battle it out for the title of Dinner Spinner Winner. The Savory Suppers theme featuring chicken definitely speaks to the Allrecipes' audience, as that bird is the most highly searched main course ingredient on the site. Contestants were asked to create a main dish using chicken that's ready in 45 minutes, based on a shake of the Dinner Spinner app. Warning! Don't watch this one hungry because the results are especially mouthwatering.

Jackie, author of the food blog, Cooks in Heels, goes big on the garlic in making her Lemongrass Chicken with chili sauce over rice. Some of the surprising flavor makers include white pepper, tamarind paste and fish sauce. She also demos how to remove the outer stalk of fresh lemongrass, so she can get to the tender portion. Fresh cucumbers, green onions and chopped cilantro finish the gorgeous preparation.

The competition gets heated when Troy goes sizzling savory with a Kimchee Fried Rice to accompany his rendition of Korean-style BBQ chicken. One of his key ingredients is canned luncheon meat, a move this lawyer, who cooks to relax, calls a culinary risk he's willing to take.

This episode's three discerning judges — boxing champ, Laila Ali, Allrecipes Allstar, Lt. Col. Diana Bishop, and AR's Alli Shircliff — have high praise for the competitors efforts, dishing up well-deserved shout-outs to the bold flavors and fresh finishing touches.
