Bacon deviled eggs seem like a no-brainer. After all, bacon and eggs go together like...bacon and eggs! "These were a huge hit," says taratronson. "I followed the recipe except for putting the bacon in the egg mixture I sprinkled it on top. I made about 32 halves and needed to make way more."
For this twist on bacon deviled eggs, you'll add avocado to the filling along with mayo, mustard, and lime juice. "Absolutely delicious," says DeputyDogz. "The whole tray was gone in 1/2 hr!"
Making deviled eggs with relish gives them a sweet and tangy flavor that's fairly typical of Southern-style deviled eggs. But add a little horseradish, too, and you've got deviled eggs with a special kick to them. To keep from adding too much moisture to the filling, drain extra liquid from the relish and horseradish before mixing them in.
If you love the kick of horseradish deviled eggs, you've got to try this recipe made with wasabi paste. "I often make deviled eggs with unique fillings as appetizers," says JoH. "This Japanese version pushed my crab-filled version from its number one spot. My guests loved them!"

You'll make these colorful deviled eggs without mayo, but with Greek yogurt instead. Harissa paste and ground cumin spice up the filling and create a soft orange color, making them an outstanding choice for a Halloween party.
"These eggs are actually stuffed with crab, not just topped with crab," says Chef John. "They are extremely easy to make. This recipe includes my famous 17-minute egg-cooking method."
"Made these for 4th of July party," says rdreed2. "They were delicious. Some friends were afraid to try them because I labeled them jalapeno, but since I took out the seeds & membrane, they had some kick, but were not HOT." Tip: The recipe doesn't say so, but you can use thin strips of jalapeno to garnish the eggs and signal to unsuspecting guests that these are a little spicy.
You can't beat perfect! With horseradish sauce, Worcestershire, and hot pepper sauce, these deviled eggs explode with flavor. "You can spice these up even more with country or creole mustard, a few jots of hot sauce (or a bunch of hot sauce!), and a sprig of parsley," says Jan Charles. "It's just pretty."
"This was a nice twist with the curry and mustard," says beINTENTIONALwomen.com. "It kicked it up, but the flavors balanced well. The ingredients gave this a more grown-up color compared to the traditional bright yellow, matching the grown-up taste."
