Food News and Trends Walmart's Cheetos Popcorn Holiday Tin Is the Jolliest Gift We Ever Did See Move over, caramel and butter popcorn. There's a new combo in town. By Tim Nelson Published on October 16, 2020 Share Tweet Pin Email Photo: Walmart There are a lot of great things about the holiday season, but the significant array of snacks and treats has to be toward the top of the list. While Christmas cookies get the bulk of the credit, the most wonderful time of the year isn't really complete without one of those festive popcorn tins with three flavors of salty and sweet deliciousness. If you love the concept of those popcorn tins but always wondered what'd be like if Chester Cheetah somehow got involved, well Walmart is about to make your weirdly specific holiday wish come true in a pretty tasty way. Just in time for popcorn tin season, Walmart will be introducing a limited-edition Cheetos Holiday Tin. Divided equally into two flavors, it combines the two existing flavors of Cheetos Popcorn into one circular vessel: classic Cheddar and Flamin' Hot. In one sense, it's a definite departure from your usual popcorn tin, which often includes caramel and butter-flavored popcorn. But if you're the kind of person who tears their way through the cheddar popcorn section first before letting everyone else have their way with the rest of it, then this is how you'll want to do yuletide popcorn from now on. If the main issue with those popcorn tins is that they aren't spicy enough, well this thing has your name written all over it. These Cheetos Holiday Tins will be available at Walmart starting on November 1, and they'll be sticking around through December. At just $7.98 for a whole bunch of popcorn, it'd make a decent low-budget, socially-distanced white elephant gift if that's a thing you're still planning on doing this year. Getting yourself a gift like this is also totally valid, because we all deserve a little treat to cope with the stress of the holidays, too.
