Fans are revved up for the start of another exciting NASCAR season, this year kicking off with Fox Sports Daytona Day at the legendary Daytona 500 on Feb. 21. Coverage begins at 1 p.m., Eastern Time. This iconic track with its banked turns in the dazzling Florida sunshine embodies the spirit of community surrounding the wildly popular sport. Many fans camp at the track before, during and after the big race, making it the site of one of the biggest, most colorful tailgate parties on the planet.

When it comes to throwing memorable and stress-free parties, there are a few time-honored tricks, but the key is getting some great NASCAR recipes on the menu.
