Trader Joe's Coffee Bean Blast Ice Cream

According to Trader Joe's, this decadent ice cream has very low "overrun," the term for air that's whipped into the ice cream. Trader Joe's Corn Chip Dippers

These 3-ingredient chips (just organic corn, organic sunflower oil, and salt) are basically an edible spoon. Use them to scoop up salsa, pico de gallo, guacamole, queso, or even chicken or tuna salad. Basically, we're adding them to our list of pantry staples.

To buy: $2 for 9.75-oz. bag, at Trader Joes.

Trader Joe's Soy Chorizo

This spicy, meatless riff on chorizo is produced by a small company that specializes in chorizo, which is why this meat-free version tastes so much like the real thing. If you're hesitant about giving it a try, consider that it has no cholesterol and 60 percent less fat than traditional chorizo. Try it in a breakfast hash, vegetarian chili, or queso fundido.

To buy: $2.29 for 12-oz. package, at Trader Joe's.
