At least once in your life you should make eggnog from scratch. Then what's to stop you from having it all year around? Nothing! The best homemade eggnog is Amazingly Good Eggnog. It takes just 30 minutes to make the eggnog, then needs a few hours in the fridge to chill. This version calls for rum, but leave it out if you'd like.
